The Sun Is Also a Star
Daniel Bae (Charles Melton) is preparing
to head off for college when, one day, he
serendipitously meets the Jamaican-born
Natasha Kingsley (Yara Shahidi). Despite
Natasha’s initial skepticism, he succeeds in
making her fall in love with him, but trouble
is afoot when she reveals to him that she and
the rest of her family are set to be deported.
