Faith may still be in her

pre-teen years, but she’s

proving to be one of the

smartest folks in town of

late. When Adam asked if

his return from the dead

freaked her out, the girl

simply sniffed, “I’m a real-

ist.” And when her par-

ents got into a ver y public

argument at Chancellor

Park, Faith stormed over

to declare, “Hey, we can

hear ever y word you’re

saying!” She then issued

her folks’ squabbling like

children had us hoping

she might next send

them to their rooms with-

out dinner!

... or were you kind

of devastated when

Y&R’s Traci was so

quick to push Cane

into the dreaded

friend zone? On the

plus side, the dialogue in the scene was gorgeous. “You asked

me how I was, and you waited and you listened for an answer,”

she told Cane. “It was amazing to me, because it reminded me

that I’m a person who deserves attention and aff ection and

respect.” While we may never know the real reason the “Trane”

relationship was derailed, we can only hope the fans who saw

themselves in Traci will be rewarded with a story worthy of

the heroine to whom they relate.

Velma got her

man, but Traci

wasn’t so lucky.

“I can’t with you right now, Mother!”
