(A) Alignment of VH1-202 germline sequence with 25 published VRC01-class bNAbs HCs from 9 lineages/donors (Zhou et al., 2015).
(B) Based on (A), the consensus or representative sequence of each of the 9 lineages were aligned. At each VH1-2 residue position, somatic mutations that appear
in at least 2 out of the 9 VRC01-class lineages were defined as VRC01-class mimicking mutations and listed in the yellow-highlighted region corresponding to
each VH1-2 position.
(C) Amino acid alignment of the heavy chains of the 27 synthesized double knockin mouse IgGs with human VH1-202 genes.
