- The signal intensity or peak area of each of the DSF family
signals may vary in different LC-MS systems. We recommend
to generate system-specific standard curves using the commer-
cially available DSF and BDSF. Since IDSF and CDSF are not
commercially available, the standard curves for these two signal
molecules were not generated in the previous studies. Their
relative concentrations can be roughly calculated using the
standard curves for DSF or BDSF.
