13.4 Immobilization of phospholipases


Compared to corresponding publications on lipases, the number of reports dealing

with the immobilization of phospholipases is small. Research has mainly been car-

ried out based on aspects of the application of immobilized phospholipases for ana-

lytical purposes. Other contributions attend to the possibility of the immobilization
