Nursing. White has authored multiple publications on the Johns Hopkins
Nursing EBP model and consults and presents on this subject. White co-
authored the first edition of Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Practice:
Model and Guidelines and co-edited Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based
Practice: Implementation and Translation.

Kim Bissett, MSN/MBA, RN
Kim Bissett is a nurse educator and EBP specialist at the Institute for Johns
Hopkins Nursing. She was the inaugural Evidence-Based Practice Coordina-
tor at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, following two years of serving as the
EBP fellow. She currently chairs the EBP Steering Committee and has led and
participated in numerous EBP projects. Bissett has presented on the topic of
evidence-based nursing practice both nationally and internationally.
