  1. Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS): 145 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl,
    1.5 mM KH 2 PO 4 , 8 mM Na 2 HPO 4 ,pH7.

  2. Flow medium: PBS, 0.1% (w/v) BSA, 0.1% (w/v) NaN 3.
