Transformsallowustocreateeffectsandinteractionsthatareotherwiseimpossible.
Whencombinedwithtransitionsandanimations,wecancreateelementsandinter-
facesthatrotate,dance,andzoom.Three-dimensionaltransforms,inparticular,
makeitpossibletomimicphysicalobjects.
Take,thehumblepostcardreceivedfromafriend,forexample.Itsfrontfacecontains
