Hold for 1 breath.

 PLANK POSE, WITH
HAMSTRING CURL
Hold for 1 breath.

 KNEE TO NOSE
On an inhalation.

 LUNGE
On an exhalation.

 HALF MONKEY GOD POSE
Hold for 1 breath.
