The Reminders app has also been given an
overhaul on watchOS 6 to match the new look
introduced on iOS 13 and macOS Catalina, with
an all-new user interface that allows you to
schedule reminders, scroll between categories
like Today, Flagged, and All, and much more.
Finally, Messages has been given a lick of paint
- the app now supports Animoji stickers that
are coming with iOS 13, and Memoji stickers
can be sent if they’ve been created on iPhone,
adding fun to the messaging experience and
taking another swipe at Snapchat’s Bitmoji.
Whilst not everyone will make use of Memoji
and Animoji, it’s a fun way to express yourself
via iPhone and watchOS, and Apple’s attempt
at building a messaging platform that can
compete in the millennial market with Facebook
Messenger, Instagram, and Snapchat.
