STORAGE SPACE
Deck storage is
not an issue on
the MY44. Two
huge machinery
spaces, a mini
lazarette and
this vast forward
locker where the
water tank and
anchor are stowed
is just the start.
SAFETY FIRST
The width of the
cockpit means
there is space for
a very safe, wide
spiral staircase up
to the flybridge.
Banisters and
deep treads make
getting between
the two decks very
easy for crew.
FUN IN THE SUN
The foredeck is
another place
where you reap
the benefits of
the MY44’s width.
There is enough
space to provide
a sociable seating
area set around
a well that can be
fitted with a table.
ENGINEROOM
Much of the installation is perfectly sound,
with neatly laid wires and pipes and clear
bulbs on the twin fuel filters, but the finish
of the upper part of the engineroom is
likely to concern some buyers. Using a
clear coating so you can easily see the
structure beneath is an acceptable way of
doing things but it simply doesn’t look right.
