to a set of broad moulded steps on the
starboard side for access to the cockpit.
A mirrored window over the transom
sends light to the crew cabin/storage
area below. The flybridge extends
rearward, adding space upstairs and
weather protection to the roomy
cockpit. At the transom, a lounge and
table adjoin a full sun pad, and a three-
stack sliding door opens the saloon
to create an entertaining area right
through to the helm station inside.
Wide side decks lead to the bow where
a raised sun pad and forward-facing
lounge make it perfect for tanning.
ACCOMMODATION
Step into the saloon and the
beautifully crafted timber interior
fights for attention with the almost-
uninterrupted view. An L-shaped galley
in the rear portside corner is a compact
design that can be separated by an
electric sliding glass panel. Cooks can
mingle with guests or concentrate on
the soufflé as they choose.
A deep stainless steel sink and
glass cooktop are set into a cream
Corian bench with a Bosch convection
microwave and dishwasher below.
Further back, a full-size fridge/
freezer is hidden in a walnut-veneered
cupboard. Additional refrigeration on
this level includes a Dalton wine cooler
under the helm chair and a refrigerator
under the flybridge stairs.
U-shaped cream leather seats
surround a folding oak dining table
at the raised forward section of the
saloon, and a twin lounge along the
starboard wall takes seating capacity
here to eight. An optional 42in
television lifts electronically from its
cabinet to starboard, and a Fusion
sound system at the helm plays
throughout the boat.
Three steps lead down to the cabins
and a shared day head. All rooms are
connected to an optional 36,000BTU
air-conditioning system, which kept
the interior pleasantly cool on a steamy
afternoon on Middle Harbour; for less
extreme weather each cabin has an
opening port.
Left of the stairs is a smallish twin
cabin with a hanging cupboard and
access to the bathroom on the opposite
side. The guest cabin in the bow
features an island queen bed and long
windows both sides, plus its own entry
to the en suite. I also noted the discreet
escape hatch overhead – a requirement
for CE certification.
MAIN The generous exterior proportions translate into a spacious and bright interior,
aided by the clean, modern design throughout. Galley and saloon can be separated by
a sliding glass panel
TOP Island king-size bed doesn’t feel like it’s squeezed into the master suite thanks to
the midships location and the space-saving IPS set-up
ABOVE L–R Views out of the saloon are panoramic; thankfully the head, while
generous, is a touch more secluded
