- Manual method is relatively easy to be performed and less time
consuming than the semi-automated method. On the other
hand, the semi-automated method has the advantages of han-
dling smaller tissues and needs less expertise. - The best outcomes in practice to get a good depth for tissue
insertion are by expert hands. Some users can find it conve-
nient to use a permanent marker to draw a mark on the needle
indicating a fixed sampling depth.
