Kids Mile High Pediatric Dentistry is Denver’s
pediatric dental offi ce of choice, with two convenient
locations in Englewood and Stapleton. We offer
comprehensive, quality dental care for children of all
ages, including those with special healthcare needs,
developmental disabilities, and nursing newborns.
With the latest technology and non-invasive, gentle

dentists, Dr. Paddy Smithwick and Dr. Roger Castro,
guarantee your children are in good hands.
For your child’s orthodontic needs, we offer
Myofunctional Therapy (Myobrace®), as well as
traditional orthodontics. We also provide laser
dentistry (WaterLase™) and NuSmile® white
crowns. For our more anxious patients, KMH offers
treatment with nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and
in-offi ce general anesthesia by our board-certifi ed
anesthesiologist. Dr. Paddy has reached Attending
Status and treats his medically compromised
patients at Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Paddy and Dr. Roger, both Board-certifi ed
Pediatric Dentists, attended the University of
Maryland College of Dental Surgery, the fi rst
dental school in the world. Dr. Paddy completed
his specialty training at New York University and
the world-renowned Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Roger
fi nished as Chief Resident at the Bronx-Lebanon
Hospital Center. Both doctors are involved with
KIND, Give Kids a Smile, KIPP, and are committed
to helping the underserved. The duo is currently
setting up an outreach program in El Salvador, Dr.
Roger’s birthplace.
They love the outdoor activities Colorado has to
offer, such as skiing, hiking, camping, and fl y fi shing.
