Singin’ in the Rain

While the Théâtre du Châtelet is closed for renovations, the famous
theatre is taking its productions to the Grand Palais, one of the city’s
most iconic exhibition halls, which is known for welcoming French
fashion house Chanel for their seasonal fashion shows. The theatre’s
first production to be taking over this monumental space is Singin’
in the Rain. Through to the 11th of January, the Grand Palais will be
transformed into an extraordinary stage, welcoming the cast of Singin’
in the Rain, the musical based on the cult movie of the same name.
Directed by Robert Carsen, the production is performed in English
with French surtitles, and brilliantly brings the well-known story of
movie-making in the 20s to the glass monument.

Musical Stomps

The all-dancing, all-stomping dance troupe Stomp is back in Paris for more sweeping shows. It has been over two decades since the Stomp troupe

their very surprising signature instruments, rubbish bins and brooms. Using normal household items, the performers create a musical show that will
leave you wanting to musically stomp your way through life.
