A New Old Favourite
It has always been a mythical address of the French capital
and now after its recent reopening the Hôtel de Crillon is
claiming back its spot as one of Paris’s most loved hotels. With
a complete renovation, which lasted over 3 years and saw
Parisians wait for its doors to reopen with bated breath, guests
can now enter the majestic address. Where once stood the
Michelin-starred restaurant is the hotel’s new bar and lounge,
Les Ambassadeurs, where under gleaming chandeliers and a
painted blue sky with romantic floating clouds guests can settle
in for a very chic cocktail hour. The menu here boasts over 100
champagne references and signature cocktails include the
orange vodka-based Parisian Mule.

Christmas Pop-Ups
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas with chalets and markets popping up around the city’s most glamorous hotels. Hôtel du
Collectionneur transports you to the Alps with its cosy chalet that doubles up as a pop-up restaurant where guests can enjoy hearty meals
and Le Fizzy Iceberg, a special champagne cocktail created just for the holiday season. Meanwhile, the Peninsula Hotel is hosting a Christmas
market from the 1st to the 25th of December with La Terrasse Kléber transformed into a magical market where visitors can find last minute
gift ideas while keeping warm with mulled wine and hot chocolate.
