BEJEWELLED BEAUTY
Start by forgetting everything you know about diamond
jewellery. Then, imagine a piece of jewellery in which
diamonds of different shapes and sizes come together
beautifully, uninterupted by the clunky bits of metal that
usually hold them together. Snap out of your imagination
and look no futher than Plevé, which has come up with a
new free-form technique of diamond setting (that uses aninvisible, light-cured ceramic) invented by master designer
Ron Rizzo. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind,
and features scores of diamonds in different sizes, shapes
and colours. This marvel, for instance, features 13 carats of
diamonds set in 18-carat pink gold. Needless to say, it has won
