strongly related to the kind of asanas
we perform. Instead of treating yoga
like a majestic exercise that helps meet

THE 21-DAY CHALLENGE
Based on the principles of Super Yoga,
we conduct a programme called the
21-day Challenge. This challenge
includes 21 people coming together
for 21 days in an attempt to develop 21
healthy habits that last a lifetime. The
After a tragic accident at the age of 17, Eefa Shrof turned to yoga. Not only did the practice help her
stand on her feet, but it also gave her the confidence to face life as it came. She is now passing on the
benefits of yoga to others through her Super Yoga classes and the 21-day Challenge
key features of the challenge are:
- If you are part of the challenge, it
means you commit to the programme
for 21 days, without a break - During this time, the focus is on
helping you develop 21 healthy habits
that will make you mentally, physically
and emotionally fitter and stronger - It involves gruelling and non-stop
one-and-a-half hour Ashtanga Yoga
sessions – a dynamic yoga form in
which you move from one asana to the
other without taking any breaks; we do
pranayam in between asanas - The series of asanas helps detoxify the
body; makes the cardiovascular system,
reproductive system and endocrine
system healthier; helps build muscle
power and makes joints stronger,
besides other benefits
- We believe and understand that it is
very difficult for a person to do this
series of asanas every day and that’s
why we do it only for 21 days. The
main purpose is to get you going
and to inspire you to adopt some
healthy practices that you can keep
for a lifetime
