HONEY & WATER PACK
Combine nine parts of honey
with a part of water and rub
the mixture on your scalp for
a few minutes. Leave on for
about three hours before
rinsing with lukewarm
water. Repeat every other

BROWN SUGAR & HONEY SCRUB
To a quarter cup of honey, add two
and a half cups of brown sugar,
half a cup of olive oil, a teaspoonful
of vanilla and a quarter teaspoonful
of cinnamon. Mix well and store in
an airtight container. Use liberally
while bathing.

HONEY & LEMON PACK
In a bowl, combine a
teaspoonful of honey with
one of olive oil and a quarter
teaspoonful of lemon juice.
Apply on the a ected area
and leave on for 10 minutes

CRACKED HEELS
MILK, ORANGE & HONEY BALM
Warm a cupful of honey and stir into it a
tablespoonful or two of full cream milk and the juice
of one orange. Scrub o some of the calloused skin
from your heels and spread an even layer of the balm
on them. Leave on for 45 minutes or overnight, and
wash o with warm water.REDUCES ACNE
YOGURT, HAZELNUT & HONEY PACK
Add a teaspoonful of yogurt, one of chopped
hazelnuts and 4–5 drops of olive oil to a
teaspoonful of honey. Mix well and apply on your
face without massaging it in. Leave the pack
on for 10 minutes, and then wash o with warm
water. Those with oily skin can replace the olive
oil with lemon juice.THICKENS EYELASHES
HONEY & CASTOR OIL BALM
Mix a teaspoonful of honey with
three teaspoonsful of castor oil. Cover
and leave in a cool place for a
week, stirring occasionally until it
reaches a smooth consistency.
Apply the balm on your eyelashes
every night for best results. You can
