Enrol yourselves in classes – be it a
dance form, a fitness session, a sport,
or a baking lesson – you’ll
find togetherness as you fumble
through your lessons.
A hearty laugh, or even an attempt at laughter will
immediately raise the serotonin (the feel-good hormones)
levels in your bodies. So binge-watch all your favourite comedy
flicks and TV shows together and get the ha-ha’s going.
Little gestures of kindness go a
long way – like coming home early
when your partner is unwell,
or sending a ‘best of luck’ text
right before an important meeting
show that you care.
If you are at peace with
yourself, you will be more
content in your relationships.
Spending a few minutes
everyday to connect with
yourself will bring in
harmony and peace of mind.
Limit offsites not only to your
office. Taking a break every now
and then from your daily routine
and stepping out for a weekend
getaway will give you the
opportunity to connect better.
