keep my bikini body by staying active
every day as much as possible. I think
it’s best to get into an activity you
enjoy. I particularly enjoy dancing,
from hip hop and modern dance to
pole dancing. Also, I try to get into the
gym as much as possible. Doing more so
muscle training such as lifting and the
general exercises such as crutches and
leg warm ups. Though sometimes it’s hard
to get to the gym with my sometimes
busy schedule, so running works.
I run in the morning every day. I’m natu-
rally small; so I must eat more than others
to keep up my weight; especially since I’m
so active. I must eat three meals a day
plus snacks. I eat lots of proteins and
good fats, such as nuts, chicken, beef,
eggs, cheese, etc. I suggest for people
who are more prone to gaining weight to
try their best to eat smaller meals that are
healthy throughout the day, such as fruits
and small salads.
Also, drink lots of water (everyone big or
small should drink lots of water). Knowing
your balance and following it is a big help
as well. Meaning you should learn your
healthy weight and where you would like
to be. Also, count your calories, measure
your portions and plan your meals before-
hand. This also works for smaller people
who want to get bigger.
