Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga retreat in SussexPopular Walthamstow studio East of Eden heads out of the smoke

retreat hosted by Sophia Pym. Mixing dynamic yoga with Yin and
meditation walks, it’s an ideal space for anyone looking to evolve
or deepen their practice, with a focus on alignment and digging
deep. The retreat takes place at The Lodges at New House Farm in
Etchingham, a new luxury rural holiday destination set in the heart
of the High Weald of East Sussex, just an hour from central London.
Accommodation is in one of six lodges, set among 12 private
acres of untouched rolling, rural landscapes. Central to The Lodges
is a communal barn, with a giant inglenook fireplace, to hang out
in after the yoga is done, with a glass of red wine, and delicious,
healthy food. Within the grounds is a heated outdoor swimming
pool, a firepit, plenty of secluded spaces to relax in, wildflower
meadows, streams, woodland walks and beautifully kept walled
