Fall down the rabbit hole into a world of colour and kookiness with W Hong Kong Kitchen’s
summer buffet. Inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland and expertly led by
culinary director Alain Allaire, the gastronomic affair is themed ‘It’s Vegas, Darling’ to celebrate
the opening of W Las Vegas.
Get beach ready with a protein hit of mini Vegas Wagyu beef sliders, each stamped with one
of the four classic card suits, and summery beef tacos featuring sesame soya cacao marinated
hanger steak. Expect plenty of fresh, vibrant vegetables with yellow squash stuffed with king crab,
and sesame brioche with pastrami, artichoke and sun-dried tomato cream cheese.
Try your hand at the Vegas-themed dessert counter and see if the cards reveal a crunchy passion-
fruit ganache or one filled with chocolate and strawberry. Or indulge at the tart station with flavours
like yuzu-Valrhona milk chocolate, coco-mango and Valrhona dark chocolate with raspberry.
