growth of NEAM research productivity of 211Us. More detailed analysis can be
made as below.
First, from 2006 to 2010, almost every group shows a significantly rising status
in TC index. Except the moderate growth effect in western 211Us (merely 2%), the
cumulative growth effect is very obvious in other groups.
Comparing to central and western 211Us, the growth effect is most prominent in
the eastern 211Us, with thefive-year cumulative TC growth rate of 33%. The
cumulative TC growth rate of central 211Us is slightly smaller around 29%. And
