Father & Son F-150
Starting out as a stock ’17 F-150 4x4, the capable
hands over at CGS started this build by adding a 6-inch
Fabtech lift kit with 2.5 Dirt Logic shocks, and an Air Lift
airbag system to keep everything nice and stable. It rolls
down the road on 20x 10 Grid Offroad Wheels shod with
37-inch General Tires.
The 5.0L got a huge punch in the form of a Whipple
Supercharger along with its 132mm throttle-body, a CGS
cold-air intake and a 3-inch stainless cat-back exhaust
system that was given a coat of Cerakote ceramic.
Amsoil Performance Fluids were used throughout. A
PML diff cover keeps the rear end performing like the
rest of the truck. An Air Design Hood Scoop equipped
with a Quiet Ride hood liner sits atop Raptor Retrofit
headlights where the factory set was split open, painted,
and given a set of red LEDs.
