they need to get out of their
rooms to stretch their legs.
The sun drenched spot is
open to the public and tricked
out in earthy shades of grey
and stone. It’s a great place
to sit and catch up on e-mails
while sampling a limited
selection of cocktails and
dishes from Alley on 25’s

Bar flies are already buzzing about this spectacular
bar dressed in lots of pale wood and comfy tan
stools, with an impressive view of the
city and affordable cocktails
that go for $16 a pop. Sip
on delicious concoctions
such as Gong Xi, mixed
with Fair quinoa vodka,
kumquat liquor, cranberry
juice, and mandarin and
orange bitters. The resulting
libation is refreshingly light and
citrusy. Another one to try is the Irish
Kopi C — kopitiam-style coffee spiked
with Irish whiskey and served in a martini
glass. Sweet, milky and with a good kick.

sun-drenched “living room” area, appointed
in soothing shades of tangerine and blue, and
