f the many aspects that
are learned in the martial
arts today, we most look
toward kicking as being most
challenging to the practitioner.
The obvious reason is that our legs are
designed foremost to either walk or run and
not to kick!
Good kicking ability is essential for those of
us who are learning a mainstream martial art
such as Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing or Karate.
Sadly, many of us at times take the
easy option by settling for far less
especially when developing an
