- 200gms fresh kale leaves
- 50gms fresh strawberries
- 10gms mint leaves
- 10gms basil leaves
- 5gms rosemary
- 10gms fennel leaves
- 2gms salt
- 2gms black pepper
- 100mls water
- Wash all the vegetables and
strawberries well. - Blend them together.
- Serve without straining.
JAPANESE CHEESECAKE WITH STRAWBERRIES

- 300gms white chocolate
- 200gms cream cheese
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 100gms chopped strawberries,
lightly roasted to remove the water
TOPPING
- Icing sugar
- Chopped strawberries
- Melt white chocolate over low
heat in a double boiler. - Stir the cream cheese,
vanilla extract and egg yolks
into this mixture. - Beat the egg whites until
you get sti peaks.- Fold into the chocolate cream
cheese mixture along with the
roasted strawberries. - Pour into six small moulds and
bake at 160°C for 12 minutes or
until the centre is jiggly. - Remove and cool for at least
four hours. - Just before serving, dust
with icing sugar and top
with strawberries.
