Most evident in the design changefrom previous Superman drivers are
the “spring layers” incorporated into
the design of the sole of the clubhead,
as well as a deep channel “launch
control groove” located at the sole
right up to the clubface. They work
in unison to allow for maximum
forgiveness on off-centre shots and
maximum spring effect of the clubface
at the point of impact with the golf ball
as they rebound together for a greater
explosion of distance.
Engineered using quality materials,the clubhead is actually a combination
of 4 pieces of forged titanium put
together. The hosel is made of pure
forged titanium, the crown and sole
are both forged and chemically
milled using KS100 titanium while the
clubface is made with 64Titan forged
titanium (COR model) and DAT55G
(HR model) forged titanium.
