In Android,pullupthe screen to

show allthe apps that canaccept the

file and tapthe oneyou want to use.

On Apple devices, swipeleftand right

overthe tworowsoficons and select

theone youwant.

On aphone, press afile’smenu button

and tapShare,then tapInvitePeople.

Android hasamenu that lets you

mobileapp has made it easier

to seewhich actionscan be

performed on files and folders.

To theright of or below eachfileand

folder is amenu button (represented

by threeverticallyaligned dots). Tapit

to displayacontext menuthat listsall

theactions that canbeapplied.

Many of themenu actionsare

commontoall files and folders, such

as renaming them,movingthem,

saving them to thedevice, keeping

them offlineand sharingthem with

other people.However, some file

typeshave specialactions.For

example,aphoto offers theoptionto

add it to aphoto album. Pressthe ‘i’

in thetop-right corner of thecontext-

menupaneltodisplayadditional

informationaboutthe file or folder.
