This page, left: a view of the
adminstration block; centre: sloping
weathering steel panels are attached
via custom clips that allow for both
vertical and horizontal adjustment.
Vertical gaps are set at 50mm, and
horizontal gaps at 20mm. Corner panels
were studied extensively in 3D to ensure
resolution of their complex geometry on
site; bottom: the Children’s Museum
exterior, where a white sandstone
drum-like structure is flanked by
terracotta brick classrooms
Opposite page, top: a sweeping view of
the locale in Patna where the Bihar
Museum is situated, with the River
Ganga in the distance; bottom: a
four-storyed adminstration block
connects to an extensive green roof
landscape at the 2F level
