agreement issued before they start, with a solid induction
plan that invites them into your organisation.
“Paying people correctly and on time; establishing
objectives at the start of a year, not halfway through; treating
people with respect; building a company culture where actual
behaviours align to stated values. “Getting these things right
may mean you never need to invest in a slide, but if
you do it will be for the right reasons.”
