Defy El Primero 21 Boutique Limited Edition
With a lustrous Midnight Black ceramic case complementing its open high-
frequency chronograph calibre, the limited edition Defy El Primero 21 Boutique
Edition features a play of tones in black and blue, with the movement bridges
and rotor are finished with emphasis in an electric “Zenith Blue” colour. Sleek
ruthenium-plated hour-markers and hands filled with SuperLumiNova add
volume to the complex openworked dial featuring a chronograph power-reserve
indication at 12 o'clock, hours and minutes in the centre, small seconds at 9
o'clock, black 60-second counter at 6 o'clock and distinctive blue 30-minute
counter at 3 o'clock. Making the Defy El Primero 21 even more versatile, the
Boutique Edition comes with three straps: A black alligator strap with rubber
backing and blue stitching, a black rubber strap with a “cordura” effect and
blue stitching, and a textured blue rubber strap.

Autavia
TAG Heuer’s stylish, cockpit-inspired watch is a 42 mm three-hand
model featuring the rounded first-generation case and bevelled lugs
from the 1960s. A bidirectional rotating bezel with a 60-minute scale in
black ceramic, blue ceramic or stainless steel enhances the sporty look
of the watch. The XL crown takes inspiration from pilot’s watches that
used oversized crowns. Like the original Autavia, the 2019 versions are
highly legible, the markers and hands are coated in SuperLuminova®.
The smoked dial is available in black, grey or blue, and has a date
window. A NATO strap is included in the watch box of the timepieces
that are presented on a stainless-steel bracelet. Powering the Autavia is
the chronometer-certified Calibre 5. The original Autavia was known for
making use of the latest technology, and these models are no different.
The new Autavia models feature the chronometer-certified Calibre 5
and cutting-edge carbon-composite hairspring introduced earlier this
year, giving the Autavia Isograph distinction. The propeller and tyre that
are etched into the stainless-steel or titanium caseback are a nod to the
collection’s rich heritage.
