One of the B-52Hs that deployed to RAF Fairford in January. Three of the bombers arrived on January 9 – a fourth joined them on the 10th having

diverted to RAF Mildenhall the previous day due to bad weather. While deployed the aircraft were assigned to the 23rd Expeditionary Bomb
