Figure 16. This specimen from the Yakovlev Collection contains serially numbered 35-μm thick sections. All outlines are profi les of the sections used
in the cervical region of the spinal cord. These profi les were constructed from the right side of the section, then copied to the left side to make the model
symmetrical. After fi xation, the cervical region of the model is 8.79 mm long. Two of these sections are illustrated in the Atlas. Section 361 is in Plate
