Amidst reports of the Qualcomm Snapdragon
810 overheating, Samsung has dropped the
American brand chip and taken the processor
in-house with their very own Exynos 7420.

If we put the overheating issue aside, it seems
like Samsung have made a good call on
choosing their own processor over the
Qualcomm Snapdragon 810.Samsung has put a fair bit of work into both of the S6’s cameras. The 16MP
rear-facingcamerahasstayedthesameresolutionbuttheyhavemorethan
doubled the pixel count in the front-facing camera, upping it from 2MP to
5MP. It still has OIS for helping take steadier shots and it now offers face
recognition as well.
Thetworealdevelopments,however,aretheapertureandthelaunch
method. The S6 has changed the aperture from f/2.2 to f/1.9, which means
itwillletintwo-thirdsmorelightthantheS5and,probablymoreimportantly,
theiPhone6.Itisalsomucheasiertogettothecamerathanbefore.The
