HIDDEN GEM OF CYGNUS

This nebulous region in Cygnus lies roughly 1½ °° south-

west of Gamma Cygni. It includes (top to bottom) the

refl ection nebula vdB 130, the emission nebula LBN 234,

and the shapely dark nebula Barnard 344. South is up.

Details: Telescope Engineering Company APO140ED refractor

with QSI 583wsg CCD camera. Total exposure was 32 hours

through Astrodon narrowband and color fi lters.
