Pia eagerly hopes to do another movie
after Gandarrapiddo. Having learned so
much, she now knows what to do when
filming from knowing the story of the
movie to studying the character she
plays. “Alam mo ‘yung mga first few days
of taping, hindi talaga ako marunong.”
She found out the hard way to bring the
bare essentials she’d need like water
bottles, chairs, pillows, blankets, and
food–especially if on a diet. “Noong first
day of taping, hindi talaga ako nagdala
ng anything. Lahat sila may sariling
chairs or higaan kasi matagal ‘yung
shoot. Ako wala! ‘Yung mga on a diet,
they have their on packed meals. Ako
hindi nakapag-prepare. I can’t eat rice pa
naman kasi kailangan ko magkasya sa
costume.” Despite the initial hardships,
she’s open to continuing her showbiz
career. “Of course, game pa rin ako!” she
says. “It feels like I’m starting from stage
one all over again, pero sobrang saya.”
