MAPLE GLAZED HAM
Serves 7-8
INGREDIENTS
3 kg ham
30 ml maple syrup
15 gm dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 gm rosemary
Cloves to garnish
METHOD
- Place the ham on the tray and
 make splits on the top.
- Cook the ham in the oven at
 250ºC for 30-40 mins. Let it rest
 for 10 mins.
- For the dressing: In a bowl,
 mix maple syrup, dijon mustard,
 rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Apply the dressing on top of
 the ham and place it in the oven
 for 5 mins at 335ºC, so that it
 absorbs the dressing.
- Garnish with cloves. Serve.
