At daybreak a
young Masai
drives his herd
of goats out to
graze. There’s
virtually nothing
for the animals
to eat in the area
immediately
surrounding
the villages,
especially in times
of drought. So the
Masai are forced
to go further and
further afield in
order to feed
their livestock.
