Through his dedicated consultancy
‘Contractors Debt Recovery’, Anthony
Igra has recovered over $17.5 million
dollars for contractors using the
Security of Payment Act. He has
conducted seminars for a number of
construction industry associations,
and provides their memberships with
an invaluable service in relation to
payment problems and debt recovery.
Anthony has many insights into
the dynamics that create payment
problems and has guided many
contractors’ claims through the
recovery process and into cash in the
bank.

ANN CALLAGHAN


Ann has been the Manager of Allied
Earthmovers Association for the past
9 years bringing 28 years experience
into the role. After gaining business
qualifications and managing a retail
shopping centre in Sydney CBD, Ann
first started her career in earthmoving
when she joined the long-established
family business in Penrith, which
specialised in Caterpillar graders and
dozers.

Working in a male dominated industry,
Ann brings a different aspect to the
Association. She has met many people
in the industry and knows what the
owner operator needs, from the
importance of paperwork to machine
availability. It’s an industry she respects
and is proud to be a part of.

GLEN WOLFENDEN


Glen Wolfenden completed a
Bachelor of Engineering degree
and then entered the world of
heavy equipment within a large
auction group. The transition into
construction and earthmover
tyres and wheels was helped by
his knowledge of equipment and
from there built upon a strong
understand of the best solutions for
the machine and application.

For the past 6 years Glen has
been employed by Bearcat Tyres,
a member of the Camoplast
Solideal Group of companies, to
whom research, design and self-
manufacture tyres, wheels and
rubber tracks for OEM and the
aftermarket. Extensive travel, on-site
experience and co-ordination with
the global business development
group has helped Glen deliver a
unique understanding of tyres,
wheels & rubber tracks.

LEE KIBEIKS


Lee has over 15 years of WHS
experience in both consultancy and
enforcement roles and is employed
by Greencap as a Senior Workplace
Health & Safety Consultant.
Greencap is the largest integrated
risk management and compliance
company in Australia. They service
every field of risk management
and compliance to clients across
the education, property, resources,
industrial, manufacturing, retail and
services sectors.

Chris Taylor qualified as a heavy
earthmoving diesel fitter in 1988 and
is just starting to get the hang of
it. His day job is to keep the tracks
turning for the good people of the
Gold Coast. He appears live every
Sunday at the Mudgeeraba tip green-
waste bin. Shoe size 10.
