⅓ cup (40g) pecan nuts, chopped
¼ cup (60g) 99% fat-free plain yoghurt
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard1 Combine celery, cos, apple, parsley, cranberries and
pecan nuts in a large bowl.
