Motivation 2 Conquer

Kerrie has more than 20 years of experience as a women’s

health practitioner. Her passion is mental mindset and

remaining motivated. As a coach, Kerrie helps women to

believe that with the correct skills and techniques, anything is

possible. Kerrie wrote her book and designed her activewear

at a time in her life when she thought she had nothing left

to give, but with the correct mental mindset, she discovered

that she actually did. Kerrie needed to become so fiercely

motivated in order to conquer a serious illness and fight to

regain her health. Kerrie believes strongly that you are the
