Meal 1 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, a choice
vegetable like capsicum or asparagus, a sprinkle of feta
cheese, and a side of porridge made with coconut milk,
cinnamon and berries.
Meal 2 a post-workout shake with a banana.
Meal 3 a chicken fiesta bowl with grilled chicken, black
beans, quinoa, guacamole, coriander and lime with a
pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
Meal 4 Rye toast with hummus spread and deli turkey
slices with a side of veggies.
Meal 5 Grilled salmon and baked goat cheese butternut
pumpkin chips and zucchini mixed with quinoa.
Meal 6 Greek yoghurt, cinnamon and a handful of
frozen blueberries and strawberries.

My eyes. I grew up disliking them because they’re
quite small, but they make me unique and I’ve
learned to appreciate that.

Friends/family, technology, the ability to work out,
my faith and food!
Name three (3) things most people don’t
know about you.
I’m one of seven children, I speak Italian and some
Mandarin Chinese, and I lived in both Italy and
China (although I grew up in a small town and I
never thought I’d even travel outside the country).
I’m also left-handed!
