Teff Chocolate Porridge with Fresh Fruits
INGREDIENTS
- 75g (½ cup) teff grains
- 475ml (2 cups) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a few blueberries and raspberries (or fresh
 fruit of your choice)
- a sprinkling of mixed seeds (pumpkin,
 sunfl ower, linseed, sesame)
SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 2 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES- Place the teff grains, almond milk, cocoa
 powder and vanilla extract into a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer,
 covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
 until thick.
- Pour into warmed bowls and top with fresh
 fruit and seeds.
