TONED AND BONED
Weights on the gym floor aren’t
the only things banging. A
study of 2000 adults by sex toy
company Ann Summers found
that 25 per cent of regular gym-
goers have pumped more than
iron in their time: they’ve also
had at least one sexual
encounter with a fellow fitness
fan somewhere on site. If you
want to up your chances of
carnal cardio, work out near
the cross-trainer: 45 per cent
of women said it was their
favourite machine for seducing
men because of how toned it
made their bum look. No word
on whether turning puce while
trying to beat your bench
press PB is considered an
attractive look.

STAY FRISKY WITH FRUIT
Make fruit your selection to
boost your erection. Foods
rich in flavonoids – the
nutrients responsible for the
vibrant colour of berries and
wine – may help reduce the
risk of erectile dysfunction
(ED), according to a study
from the University of East
Anglia. “Men who regularly
consumed foods high in these
flavonoids were 10 per cent
less likely to suffer ED,” says
study author Aedin Cassidy.

They’ve revolutionised the way we
communicate – now they may transform the
way we fornicate. According to a study from

text or online messages spend more time thinking , people who frequently use emojis in
about getting down and dirty. The study of 5600
participants between the ages of 18 and 70 found
that 38 per cent of people who think about sex
multiple times a day use more than one emoji in
every text they send. In contrast, those who saw
themselves as only mildly sex-crazed used
emoji “every so often”, while straight-
laced daters who thought about sex
only once a month reported
using emojis the least.
