“I get inspiration for recipes from all
over, whether going out to eat, seeing
foods at a farmer’s market, scouring food
blogs, flipping through a magazine or
thumbing through a cookbook,” Love
says. “Often it’s something that in its usual
form I wouldn’t be able to eat, motivating
me to create a version or a new dish
that is more compatible, but still with a
wholesome focus.”

A personal trainer, fitness model and mother of four children,
Guidolin also co-owns and co-runs a gym with her husband, who
won Mr Australia. She believes in eating foods as close to their natural
source as possible – which means unprocessed fare free of additives,
sugars, salts, fats or chemicals. She has written two books, Eat Clean,
Live Lean and My Kids Eat. “I want to empower more people to
change their philosophy on eating and fitness and realise investing in
their own health is the best decision they’ll ever make,” Guidolin says.
