Tie it
- Part curtain, part artwork, a room
divider made of rope is a practical
way to create defined zones! Using
supplies easily sourced from your
hardware store and one basic knot, this
macramé wonderwall can be shopped,
knotted and on display in a weekend!

Hang it
- Free up your benchtop with these
smile-inducing hanging baskets. Use cane
baskets, a timber crate, acrylic paints and
cotton cord. First, paint the crate. Let dry
then bind sections with cord. Paint in coral,
mustard, green and black. Next, paint rim
and sides of baskets in bands. Wrap a
section with cord. Paint lengths of cord, let
dry, then glue at edges of paintwork. To
hang your creations, thread four lengths
of cord through basket rims, knotting ends
at basket to secure. Loop multiple cords
through crate sides, knot together above
crate, ensuring weight is balanced. Overhand
knot or bind the cords together above
basket or crate. Paint cords with bands of
colour and let dry. Knot for desired height
and suspend from ceiling hooks. Voila!
