TOP TIPS
We used Frangelico,
but you can use your
favourite hazelnut
liqueur in the sauce.
You can make one
large wreath or several
smaller ones; adjust
the cooking time
accordingly.
The sauce will harden
if refrigerated; reheat
in the pan, stirring,
over low heat
until smooth.
The biscuits will keep
in an airtight container
at room temperature
for up to 2 weeks.
