Mix the capsicum, tomatoes, coriander,
avo and lime juice. Combine the rice and
beans, then put in a bowl. Top with
capsicum mixture, chicken strips and chilli.
Mix dressing ingredients and pour over
the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
